FSN is building a board of directors which already includes the founder and former COO of the largest WiMAX deployment in the EU as well as senior executives from the ITC venture capital and private equity worlds both in Sweden and internationally.
 Lars-Olof Ödlund, Non-Executive Director, Chairman
Lars-Olof is Chairman of the Board of Litorina Capital Management, a €200 million Swedish and Nordic focused late stage private equity and buy-out firm . Formerly Executive Vice President at Swedbank, having been a member of the Bank´s management since 1993. Between 1970 and 1992, he held various senior executive posts in the S-E-Banken Group. President of FinansSkandic from 1970 to 1984, and subsequently, from 1984 to 1992, President of Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken's international subsidiaries in Singapore and Frankfurt. His earlier career was in industrial marketing, and included positions at Ericsson och Tibnor. He has been advisor to IMF and the World Bank. In addition to acting as chairman of Litorina Capital Management AB Lars-Olof is chairman of EMS AB, Baltic Rim Fund, Eurotema AB and Scand Tech Holding AB. He is also a non-executive board member of Erste Bank AG, Austria.
Jeremy Nel, Founder & former COO Irish Broadband – Non-Executive Director.
Jeremy is a founding member of Irish Broadband, possibly the largest WiMAX service provider in Europe and one of the largest 3 operators in the world based on WiMAX technology. In early 2000, Jeremy founded a wireless network, similar to Irish Broadband, in South Africa which operated across six metropolitan areas. Previous to that, Jeremy headed up Intertoll, a South African based international Toll Operator for the period 1988 to 1999 at which time he sold his interest in the company to invest in the IT sector by way of venture capital investments. He went on to act as a consultant in infrastructure projects in the water, waste-water and desalination sectors in India and the Middle East. Jeremy has a Bachelor of Law degree and Bachelor of Commerce degree.

Hans is a Founder & Managing Partner of Fontaine
Securities SA, a Swiss Asset Management Company based in Geneva, Switzerland.
Fontaine was founded in 2002 and has today developed into an exclusive
independent private wealth boutique co-operating with a range of global leading
banks.Former positions include Vice President and Head of North Europe, Dresdner
Bank, Switzerland and Vice-President, Crédit Agricole Indosuez, Luxembourg.
Prior to his career within International Private Banking, Hans held a position
as Legal Counsel for Ernst & Young Sweden as well as regional Legal Counsel
for Swedbank. He has been a Member of the Board of IMWAC Italia
S.R.L, an Italian Mineral Water Company, and is currently
Senior Advisor for a Swiss Asset Management Company specialized in Alternative
Investments. Hans holds a Master of Law, specialized in Banking & Finance,
and has also studied Business Administration at Lunds University.
 Danny Fröberg, CEO
As Chief Executive
Officer, Mr. Froberg brings 20 years experience as a long time
entrepreneur with his roots in the IT sector. Previously founded
EuroSeek recognized as Europe's leading internet search engine with a
market cap which exceeded $2B.
 Jonte Olsson, SVP Business Development & Sales
Mr. Olsson has extensive
experience in direct sales and business development with a wide variety
of hard and soft products in a range of fields both to consumers and
industry within Sweden. He also shows an excellent talent in
entrepreneurship and is the founder of Northern Wildlife that organize
team building activities for management teams as well as hunting trips
for enterprises such as American Saw and Peter Napier. Today he puts
his entrepreneurship talent, as a key planner and co-coordinator in the
start up of FSN.
